  15.           MicPlay package, version 1.0, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  32.           As the exclusive copyright holder for MicPlay, Michael Chan
  33.           authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  34.           restrictions:

  36.           The MicPlay package is defined as containing all the material
  37.           listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in the
  38.           PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are
  39.           missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  40.           forbidden. Please contact me to obtain a complete package
  41.           suitable for distribution.

  43.           The MicPlay package - including all related program files and
  44.           documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  45.           distributed as a complete package, without exception. The
  46.           PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files that are part
  47.           of the MicPlay package.

  49.           Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
  50.           installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are
  51.           acceptable.

  53.           No price or other compensation may be charged for the MicPlay
  54.           package. A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the
  55.           diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk)
  56.           does not exceed US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00
  57.           internationally.

  60.           Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to
  61.           each archived file. This text file describes the BBS and tells
  62.           people that the file was downloaded from that particular BBS.
  63.           Other BBSs add a small one-line message with their BBS name and
  64.           phone number into the compressed file, which will display when
  65.           the file is uncompressed. Either of these methods of mentioning
  66.           your BBS are acceptable and may be used, provided the program and
  67.           documentation is unmodified and complete.

  75.           Most BBSs have standard procedures for acquiring new files. They
  76.           get them from other boards, new programs are uploaded by users,
  77.           etc. This is good because it is impossible for the authors (I)
  78.           to mail disks or upload files to thousands of BBSs. However, some
  79.           BBSs prefer to obtain programs directly from the authors. If you
  80.           would like to obtain programs directly from me, or you have any
